Ms. Petra Aba Asamoah is a chartered marketer with nearly two decades of experience across the airline, media, textile manufacturing and cybersecurity industries. She brings to the board a strong track record in business strategy, brand development, marketing management, and organizational leadership.Petra has led teams to deliver commercial growth and drive operational excellence. She holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), an MPhil in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School, and a first-class degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana. In addition to her corporate work, she has taught Marketing at Ashesi University as an adjunct. She is a published author of two books.

Rita Sraha is currently the Managing Director of Ghana Post Company Limited. Mrs. Sraha has served as Non-Executive Director of a number of organizations including the National Communications Authority (NCA); Medical and Dental Council (MDC); and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Rita was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, Legon (Business School). Before joining KAA (1994) and as an Intern, She worked with the Strategic African Securities (SAS), a Leading Brokerage Firm in Accra, as a financial analyst. Mrs. Sraha holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration (Accounting Option) and an MBA (Finance/Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is a Chartered Accountant and designated ACMA CGMA.

Edward Perry Nelson is an IT professional with over 30 years’ global experience in systems design, development, implementation, and support on major projects in the UK, Italy, USA and Ghana. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (1980) and a Masters in IT Law from the University of Ghana. Perry began his IT career in 1987 as a Computer Programmer at BIS Banking Systems, London, then the world’s leading provider of international banking software. As a freelance IT Consultant for most of his career, he delivered multi-million-pound projects across banking, insurance, retail, health, music, finance, vehicles, and logistics, working with blue-chip firms including IBM, Bombardier, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank, Universal Music, and Toyota. In 2009, Perry relocated to Ghana, joining the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) as IT Consultant, later serving as Claims Director (2011) and IT Director (2013). He restructured claims management through new Claims Processing Centres in Accra, Cape Coast, and Tamale. As IT Director he managed a nationwide IT network of 1,000+ sites and 2,500 users and spearheaded Ghana’s first mass issuance of biometric ID cards at point of registration. His IT Law expertise covers data and cyber security, AI and robotics, electronic transactions and communication. Known for rapidly mastering new industries, Perry combines deep technical knowledge with strategic leadership, delivering innovative, legally compliant technology solutions.

Susanna Asaabea Nyampong is a dedicated and experienced lawyer with a strong background in various areas of legal practice, including Property Law, Company/Commercial Law, Personal Actions Law, Telecommunications Law, Labour Law, and Administrative Law. With over a decade of experience, she has honed her skills in legal document preparation, advisory services, and litigation. Susanna is committed to leveraging her expertise to contribute effectively to any team. Ms. Nyampong qualified as a lawyer in 2010 and has recently completed an LL.M. in Information Technology Law at the University of Ghana, Legon where she also obtained her L.L.B. Ms. Nyampong also has a B.Sc. in Planning (Settlement Planning Option) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Ms. Nyampong has spent her professional legal career at T. Forson & Co., (Legal Practitioners) where she has conducted numerous litigation cases and provided advisory services to clients. She also served as the Software Manager/Projects Co-ordinator at the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and was key in the ICT transformation of the GBA. At the GBA she also served on several committees. Ms. Nyampong also represented the GBA on the E-Justice Programme of the Judicial Service of Ghana as a member of the Oversight Committee and served as a Board Member of the Judicial Training Institute. Ms. Nyampong is a Presbyterian and has been the Legal Advisor for the Ga West Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana since 2017. In 2025, Ms. Nyampong was appointed to the Board of the Ghana Post Company Limited and hopes to leave a positive brand on the Company during her tenure as Board Member.

Dr. Samuel Ayeh is a medical officer, registered with the Medical and Dental Council. He is a holder of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) obtained from the University of Cape Coast.He is currently pursuing a Master of Business administration (Generic) at the University Of Goldcoast, Ghana He has worked in several major hospitals in Ghana notably Greater Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge), University of Ghana Hospital and Achimota Hospital Dr Samuel Ayeh is currently working at the office of the president as a presidential aide for government communications Dr. Ayeh is a hardworking and self-motivated individual, with varied experience in health, youth mobilisation and communication. He is a result-oriented individual with good communication skills. He brings on board strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. He is quick to adapt and thrive in high pressure environment with skills in time management and multi-tasking.

Mr. Alexander Yaw Arphul is an accomplished Ghanaian civil servant with over 27 years of experience in public administration, policy formulation, and digital transformation. He currently serves as the Chief Director at the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation of Ghana’s digital agenda. Mr. Arphul holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Planning and Development from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India. His career spans various leadership roles across government ministries, including planning, budgeting, human resource management, and digital economy development. With extensive experience in global ICT policy and governance, Mr. Arphul has represented Ghana at major international forums such as the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference and the World Mobile Congress. His expertise in policy coordination, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development makes him a key figure in advancing Ghana’s digital transformation and international ICT collaboration.

Jerry John Kofi Asiedu is a Lawyer of almost a decade of experience in corporate law and litigation. He is an expert in Property law and Land Litigation. As an Entrepreneur, he has business portfolios in Real Estate, Hospitality, Communication and Oil & Gas with over a decade of management experience. As a practicing lawyer, he has handled contentious and some high-profile matters in a wide range of practice areas including property dispute resolution, negligent torts, debt recovery, adoption, divorce, and estate matters. As the Managing Partner of one the largest emerging law firms in Ghana, he leads a team of astute lawyers to offer legal advisory services on regulatory compliance and commercial transactions to enable individual and corporate clients manage legal risk. Mr. Asiedu has practiced before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Courts and other lower courts and adjudicatory bodies in Ghana. He is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon and also the Ghana School of Law with two degrees and a Qualifying Certificate to Practice Law and a Certificate of Enrollment at the Ghana Bar. He was trained generally in the Common Law with profound interest in advocacy, corporate Law and civil litigation.
